AI Story Engine
Reads audience preference, genre performance and trends to shape concepts, characters, story structure and episode‑by‑episode scripts.
A Web3 AI Drama Studio
Fam3 is an AI drama studio. Token activity funds AI production, finished dramas are licensed to TikTok and YouTube distributors, and real content revenue flows back to the community that powers it.
01 — Why Fam3
A traditional studio needs capital for scripts, actors, shoots and edits before a single frame earns anything. Fam3 uses generative AI to collapse that cost, a community-funded treasury to pay for production, and real licensing revenue from distributors to give value back to the ecosystem.
An AI content studio, not an AI tool. We sell finished dramas, not generation credits.
Third‑party TikTok & YouTube distributors, MCNs and content teams. Not the platforms themselves.
A transparent on‑chain treasury that funds production and tracks where every dollar goes.
02 — Fam3 Studio
Standalone AI tools don't make a studio. Fam3 Studio chains them into a pipeline that takes one story concept to a delivery‑ready series, with human review at every gate.
Reads audience preference, genre performance and trends to shape concepts, characters, story structure and episode‑by‑episode scripts.
Reusable virtual cast with locked faces, wardrobe, voice and relationships, so episode 60 still looks like episode 1.
Routes scripts and storyboards through third‑party and in‑house video models, then quality‑controls every shot.
I never left. You just stopped looking.
Voice, score, sound design, subtitles, edit and transitions, with multi‑language versions produced in the same pass.
One source of truth for every drama, character, script and video asset, with rights provenance and license status tracked so exclusive licenses are never sold twice.
03 — The Pipeline
Distributor demand, trend data and community signal decide what gets made.
AI + HumanBeat sheets, cliffhangers every 60–90 seconds, and full episode scripts.
AICast sheets locked for face, wardrobe and voice consistency.
AIShot lists and vertical‑first framing planned before a single render.
AI + HumanShots rendered across multiple models and the best takes selected.
AIVoice, music, SFX, subtitles, edit, and localized language versions.
AIHuman editors gate continuity, safety, rights and watchability.
HumanAssets, costs, versions and rights provenance recorded.
SystemLicensed to distributors by platform, region, language and term.

05 — Fam3 Distribution

Phase 1 focusYou set genre, cast, market, language, episode length and style. We produce it.
A monthly retainer for a fixed number of series, episodes or minutes. Predictable for both sides.
Sequels, remakes in new languages, and commercial licensing of Fam3 original characters.
Every license is recorded against the title so exclusive rights can never overlap.
Multiple channels, fastest and lowest cost.
Sole rights within a territory or language market.
Sole rights on TikTok, YouTube, or another platform.
The title is yours alone, everywhere, for the term.
06 — Revenue Flywheel
A proposed 1.5% tax on $FAM3 trades flows into a public treasury, which converts it to stablecoins on budget and spends it on AI models, compute, voice and tooling.
Distributors pay for dramas. Net distributable revenue funds buybacks, eligible holder rewards, reinvestment and reserves. Over time, customer revenue replaces trading tax as the primary fuel.
07 — Fam3 Treasury
The treasury shows how money enters, what it funds, and what comes back. Realized revenue, trading tax, book assets and distributable income are always reported separately.
*Subject to legal review. Holder rewards ship as a separate, compliance‑gated module and do not switch on automatically at token launch.
Mechanism demo only. Not a forecast of trading volume, revenue or returns. Production spend tracks real cash flow and is never inflated to drive token activity.
Calculated on net distributable revenue: after direct production cost, distribution fees, refunds, required operating costs, applicable taxes and reserves. Not on gross sales.
08 — $FAM3
$FAM3 connects community participation, production funding and value returning to the ecosystem. Its long‑term case rests on production capacity, customer revenue and real usage, not on tax and buybacks alone.
Which genre should the next slate prioritize?
09 — Roadmap
The biggest unknown isn't whether AI can make video. It's whether Fam3 can repeatedly make dramas people pay for at a sane cost. So that gets validated first.
Success = customer feedback, real cost per episode, buyers willing to pay
Success = completed sales, cost by genre & language
Gate = business model & legal path validated
Goal = revenue funds production; tax becomes supplementary
10 — Accountability
Two separate scorecards: is the studio profitable, and is Web3 actually helping it? Token volume, holder count and market cap are ecosystem signals. They are never a substitute for the business.
